I am a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist with expertise working with individuals aged 0 to 18, as well as young adults, adults and parents in a confidential and results oriented setting. For you or your child, the lasting benefits from treatment may include, improving one's ability to cope with intense feelings such as anger, grief, depression, and anxiety.  Other benefits from treatment are improved relationships and communication skills, and helping children grow psychologically as expected for their age.

Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations,  psychodynamic psychotherapy, or psychophamacology services:  sessions are intended to achieve the following:

  • A safe place to explore feelings

  • Develop a more solid sense of self

  • Decrease depression and anxiety

  • Increased ability to self soothe using healthy means

  • Better communication skills

  • Increased ability to cope with peer pressure and social situations

  • Improved relationship with parents

I work with people to explore the roots of their behaviors while concentrating on the strengths and potential for future growth.
